Thank you for choosing Shengmilo! We stand by the quality of our bikes and want you to ride with confidence.

📅 Warranty Coverage
Frame: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects
Motor, controller, battery, charger, throttle, pedal assist sensor, display panel: 1-year warranty
Battery: Covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects and capacity loss below 60%
Wear items: (tires, brake pads, chains, grips, cables) — normal wear and tear is not covered

Who is covered?
This warranty applies only to original purchases made directly through our official website (sheng-milo.com).
Purchases from other websites, marketplaces, stores, or second-hand sales are not covered by us.
If your bike was purchased elsewhere, please contact your original seller directly for support and warranty assistance.
Proof of purchase and a valid order number from our website are required to process any warranty claim.

🚫 What is not covered?

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, grips, cables, etc.)

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chips) not affecting performance

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper assembly or maintenance, or modifications

  • Water, chemical, or corrosion damage

  • Bikes used for racing or other extreme activities

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

🛠️ Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner

  • Serial numbers and original labels must be intact and unaltered

  • The warranty starts from the original purchase date and does not reset with replacement parts

💌 How to submit a warranty claim
1️⃣ Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue
2️⃣ Email us at service@sheng-milo.com with:
– Your order number from our website
– Photos or videos
– A short description of the problem
3️⃣ Our technical team will review and assist you. In some cases, we may provide troubleshooting steps to help confirm the issue.
4️⃣ If approved, we will send replacement parts free of charge. Shipping fees and any labor costs for local installation are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Important
Please do not send any items back without our written approval.
Warranty coverage is valid only if the bike is used under normal conditions and maintained properly according to the user manual.
Battery warranty continues from the original purchase date.
